On the back you will find our beautiful new Logo in the shape of a Cicada.

The Cicada represents rebirth, new beginnings, and transformation. We love this symbolism because we believe that loving spaces rooted in real Harm Reduction can transform a person’s life, like they have for so many of us.

Inside the Cicada there are syringes, oil burners, and naloxone, three staples of harm reduction supplies.

The words, Community, Autonomy, Connection, and Respect found in the center of the logo are ones that our members felt represented shared values and purpose. These values are woven into every aspect of the work we do and the people we all are.

MERCH SALES ARE MATCHED

All merch sales are matched dollar-for-dollar by a generous local donor of HRCSCC! That means HRCSCC receives $70 for each T-Shirt you purchase, and funds raised through these sales will all go to purchasing critical supplies and paying for the staff positions we need in order to remain sustainable.

SUPPLY CHAIN AND OTHER RELEVANT INFO

These shirts are screen-printed onto blanks from BELLA+CANVAS, a clothing supplier that is WRAP Certified and committed to transparency and fair labor practices throughout their supply chain, which you can read more about here.

This means the shirts are free of sweatshop labor at any point in their production, but BELLA+CANVAS also provides further information about their other practices intended to make production of their shirts as ethical as possible. Check out their pages on ”Corporate Responsibility” and “Eco-Sustainability”.

Those blanks were screen-printed by BroPrints, a small printing operation based here in California that does a lot of great work for organizations like HRCSCC.
